He was very patient throughout the whole process. Jake is an excellent salesperson. Also, Tom Portee in the Finance Department, was very thorough and had all the paperwork ready before we got there so that process was quick and hassle free. Dan Lidestri was informative and helpful, and never pushy, and the trade-in/purchase process was as smooth as any we'd experienced with MB thanks to Dan on sales and Henry Dobson on the trade-in. Tom Portee handled our loan application with humor and grace. And we even had a chance to meet Augie in service. A great team! Looking forward to years of happiness in our 2016 Forester. So, when it came time to upgrade my Forester, of course I returned to Liberty! Thanks to my sales consultant, Dave Finkel, my purchase of a new 2016 Forester was smooth and stress-free. Dave promptly contacted me after I made an online inquiry and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Dave was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the various features that were available, while never once coming across as pushy. His goal was not to make a sale, but rather to ensure my complete satisfaction with my purchase. Within 2 hours, we had chosen my new Forester and gone for a test drive. Dave gave me a fair trade in allowance for my 2006 Forester, wrote up my invoice, then introduced me to Kevin Mark to complete the paperwork. I was initially unable to locate the title from my 2006 Forester, and when I finally found it, Kevin stopped by my house to pick it up, saving me a trip back to the dealership ~ now that's service! Dave has followed up with me several times since my purchase to ensure my satisfaction, proving further that his goal is a happy & content Subaru owner, rather than just meeting his quota. Between Dave, Kevin and all of the other staff at Liberty, my whole experience was exceptional.
