Was nervous to go in and just test drive a car coz some dealerships pushed you to buy right then and there, but the staff at Liberty never did that. John Clarke helped me from day 1 to the day I finally rode the car off the parking lot. I was confused whether to get a Forester or a Crosstrek and John got me to sit in both cars and was very patient with explaining the details to me. I waited three weeks for the trim that I wanted and they were very great with communicating with me all throughout the process! It was my first time buying a car and I never felt intimidated the entire time. Kevin got me the deal too towards closing. Thank you so much for all your help!
