The management was great in my original purchase and I am looking forward to repeating my great consumer experience with Liberty and Subaru again soon. I have looked at other similar SUV's but remain committed to Liberty Subaru and the Subaru brand because of the quality of the vehicle and the management and service staff at this dealership. The best thing about Liberty Subaru is the excellent management and service staff that maintains my car. I am always given a good evaluation of what needs to be done, an accurate estimate of the expense, and a quick turnaround on all maintenance needs for my car. I rarely wait long for my car to be serviced. And it is always done correctly, so I don't need to worry about anything. And that is a great relief to me. I don't drive that far to work, but I need to be there on time. Liberty and Subaru gets me where I need to be on time, safely, securely and without hassles or concerns. I especially appreciate the service manager at Liberty Subaru Bob Osterloff and Bryan Vignali for their assistance with my recent maintenance needs for my 2002 Outback. Bob, Bryan and their maintenance staff managed to fit my servicing needs into their hectic schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me on my way. I was very pleasantly surprised by how John Clarke worked with me. He was very professional, patient, and helpful. He got me a great price from the get-go (yes, seriously). I went home, did some more research and then came back to John and placed the order. Everything was exactly as he has promised. So, I am very impressed with him and the dealership. The Best Auto Sales Agent After visiting and dealing with two certified pre-owned dealerships and respective sales and finance agents in Brooklyn and Queens, respectively--and After visiting and dealing with two certified pre-owned dealerships and respective sales and finance agents in Brooklyn and Queens, respectively--and having spoken to several sales reps from other dealerships over the phone, my fiance and I had become a bit disheartened by the process and 'game' of trying to buy a new pre-owned car. Things changed when I called Liberty Subaru and got David Finkel on the phone. David was professional, courteous and operated in a way which gave a sense of genuine caring. Although I didn't follow up with Mr. Finkel as I had promised at the close of our conversation, he followed up with me and left a message informing that colleagues were aware of my purchase interests and would assist me even if I came in on a day that he was off from work. In short, David Finkel and Liberty offered my finace and I a car at the best rate we had encountered in all of our dealership visits and online searches. Mr. Finkel satisfied each request we made from addressing items on the car itself and test-driving locations. Every step of the way, we were made to feel like the biggest importance was our satisfaction and not just the closing of a deal. Our finance rep Tom Portee was professional and efficient in processing our purchase and answering questions satisfactorily. Later, I reported to my family that we got the best sales agent, the best dealership and the best car (for our requirements) at Liberty Subaru. More
