Great Purchasing Experience In December, after 3 years of looking into getting a new car (primarily a Subaru), my husband and I finally decided to dig into the Crosstrek. Our initial visit was just to get all the details of the current model. Tom Quinn was our rep and was fantastic with us. He patiently went through all the options and then gave us an estimate (which was better than what we thought it would be) around what features we wanted. He then introduced us to Kevin Mark and he was able to do the same on the financial side. Both were thorough, down to earth and easy to talk to. We slept on all the information and it sealed the deal for us. We did have to order and wait for the car because of the specific options we wanted, but it worked perfectly for us as we were planning to try and sell the car it would replace. Tom always kept us in the loop though once the factory had fulfilled the order and it was on its way and then when it finally arrived. The day we picked up the car, they were just as thorough with the car features, the facility and then working with us on the financing. Tom followed up with us shortly after to see how everything was going and for our plates and has been great with any questions we've had since. Overall, we love the car and are so grateful to Liberty and to Tom and Kevin for the stress free, personable experience. We highly recommend them and would definitely come back in the future. As a matter of fact--I converted my niece--she bought her first Subaru last week, and I'm sure it won't be her last! I had the extreme pleasure to have dealt with Dan Meola from the Internet Sales Dept. He was so knowledgeable, professional, helpful, genuine, and personable. He really knows his Subarus--he was able to answer all my questions on the differences between the models, the features, the mechanisms--EVERYTHING!!! He was so patient explaining how to work all the features on the dashboard-- even sat in my car tutoring me how to enter phone numbers into the blue tooth system--and offering me to call him anytime with any questions I may have. How comforting that is-especially since it's difficult to teach an old dog new tricks! Another wonderful aspect of Subaru is their commitment to making your pets comfortable when they travel~~that's a bonus! I used to believe that the outstanding quality of Subaru was the world's best kept secret because back in 1986 when I bought my first one, there weren't many on the road. I found Dave Finked to be a highly informed sales person who explained every detail of the new vehicle. This Forester is the sixth consecutive Subaru vehicle I have leased or purchased at Liberty, and Dave & Tom made this deal the most comfortable of all. Dave even allowed ample time for a test drive so that I could check my shifting skills after three years on an automatic transmission. Especially love the phone integration and the reverse camera. Interior design changes also very good. More
