Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We were able to work the majority of the deal through email and over the phone. When I went into the dealership, there was very little left to wrap up. All dealerships claim to have internet sales people but in many cases these people are just there to get you in the door so someone else can deal with you. Liberty Subaru has a true internet sales department. Dave was by far better than anyone else I dealt with. In my case, I was already sold on the car but not on where to purchase it. Dave was very responsive even before he knew I was sold on the vehicle. Through his efforts, Dave earned my business and I would strongly recommend Dave and Liberty Subaru to my friends. Oh, and I love the Crosstrek too! More

But in February 2016, my beloved Honda Accord was totaled as I was hit by a drunk driver. In shock, I shared this news with my coworker who told me of her love for her new Subaru with its all wheel drive capacity & urged me to drive to Liberty Subaru & look at their selection. She shared that she had researched the various Subaru dealerships in the area and that Liberty got the strongest reviews & that she had been well received. When I walked into Liberty, still numb from the accident, Jake Barron greeted me at the door & the "Subaru Love Story began". Jake was SIMPLY WONDERFUL!. He took his time to introduce me to the vehicles, new & used, that might fit my needs. He found the perfect vehicle match and assisted me in learning the 2013 Outback we selected. They were considerate and flexible with setting up meetings to discuss my options as I have an unpredictable work schedule.
