He was very supportive (there was absolutely no pressure) as we wavered back and forth prior to making a decision, and was consistently kind and courteous while answering our numerous (likely repetitious) questions. As an older couple switching from a car built in 2006 to a much newer model, we required extra "hand holding" and Chris patiently provided it. (This transaction involved an unanticipated trade-in and the negotiations for that went remarkably smoothly as well.) To sum it up, we felt so fortunate to have had Chris help us navigate this process and would recommend him very highly. More

Dealing with Dan Rovelli was absolutely terrific: starting from the clear disclosure of all and every terms of the sale, effectiveness of communications and including his knowledge and attitude. We agreed on what I consider to be very fair price and I got totally satisfactory deal on the trade-in. I think we closed the deal in hour and a half from the moment I entered the showroom. Two days after that (and before the contract was signed) he called me with good news that the bank came up with lower financing rate. All of this was in sharp contrast with my experience at other Subaru dealerships. Signing the contract with a financial manager was a breeze. Kudos to Liberty Subaru! More
