Disappointed with the service department at Liberty. My appointment was for a oil change and rotation, but it took two hours to even get seen by a technician. Once they looked at my car, they told me my My appointment was for a oil change and rotation, but it took two hours to even get seen by a technician. Once they looked at my car, they told me my headgasket is leaking. This was concerning because I had just had it serviced and they say "we do however many point inspection." Obviously , that is a lie. Overall, a frustrating experience that wasted my time and left me questioning the dealership's competence." More
