We came back to this dealership because we had bought a used Subaru 12 years ago and used this dealership to maintain our car. Their service is excellent. Our car gave us many happy miles!! Patient and willing to answer questions. We did not feel rushed to make a decision and came back several times. Each time our questions and concerns were answered in a frank open manner. We decided on a new Forester and needed help getting acclimated to all the bells and whistles. Our salesman, John Clarke, was informative and helpful. We are going to be going back on the third Thursday each month to the classes that this dealership provides to improve our skills using our new car. More

As for the Liberty Subaru dealership, I went to several others beforehand, but then drove the extra distance to Liberty. A relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and easy access to their inventory lot to look at cars on your own. (Some other dealers require you to be with a salesperson.) More

I wasn't 100% sure on what exactly I wanted to get but told him what my budget was, that I drive a lot for work and he was incredibly thorough and patient and even got me into a brand new 2020 under my budget. I used to loathe going into dealerships to buy a car because of all the terrible experiences I've had in the past and feeling getting taken advantage of.
