With the Covid-19 outbreak, I wasn't sure what was going to happen with the car I ordered, but Jeff kept me informed by calling with several delivery updates and explained the dealership Covid protocol for picking up the car. When I went to pick up my Outback, Dave Finkel, took me through the "paperwork" process (which was mostly on the iPad). Dave was friendly and knowledgeable making the process super easy. So far I love the car, which I knew I would, because I spent a lot of time making the right decision. What was even more impressive was the service that I received at the dealership. Although this is the first time that I personally have purchased a car from a dealership, I have been through this experience with close relatives. The car buying experience can sometimes leave you feeling like a gazelle being hunted in the wilderness. My experience was not that at all. It was so straight forward and the gentlemen that I dealt with were beyond helpful and professional. Chris Armentano was the first sales associate that helped me in my car buying experience. He was very helpful and patient in helping me find the Forester that was right for me. He answered all of my questions, and did not try to pressure me into making an impulse decision upon my first visit. I returned for a second visit, to actually purchase a vehicle. Both Christ and Rob Bontemps helped me with ordering my Subaru Forester Sport (They had to order it because I wanted the package upgrade). It was a quick and straight forward experience. They offered me a fair price immediately. I was so surprised. As a woman going to buy a car by herself, I was all geared up for the drama of having to haggle with them to get a fair deal. That mental preparation on my part, proved unnecessary. The vehicle arrived, at the exact date that they projected, which just so happened to be right in the middle of the Covid19 situation. The timing of this purchase made me very nervous, but it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Because of the corona virus, Chris was not able to help me upon picking up my vehicle (I hope you and your family are doing well Chris!), so Jeff Miletta aided me in picking up my car and getting all of the final paperwork completed. Jeff was so helpful. I swear he went over every single button in that car with me. I was surprised at how much time he took to help me (because of the virus and whatnot). Even during normal times I have never seen a sales associate be so helpful in going over a new vehicle with a customer. Thanks so much Jeff! I really appreciate the time you spent. All in all this was a great experience, and I am so happy that I chose to buy a vehicle from Liberty Subaru. Thanks to the three gentlemen that helped guide me through this process! More
