That being said Dan L did a great job keeping it quite normal and efficient - the paperwork and emails were kept to a minimum, he provided numbers for various options when asked, found the car I was looking for when inventory was short, and made sure the purchasing process was quick and easy with a fair discount at the end. Don't remember the sales rep (Chris?) but he made the paperwork process simple and quick. Uber service to the facility was provided at no cost to pick up the car from Brooklyn. All in all very pleasant and fun give the circumstances. Will recommend to future buyers interested in Subarus. More

Honest dealership - honest salesman We knew we wanted a Subaru Outback, but Nilsson Guzman was willing to let us test drive an Outback and a Crosstrek for comparison. Then, we weren't s We knew we wanted a Subaru Outback, but Nilsson Guzman was willing to let us test drive an Outback and a Crosstrek for comparison. Then, we weren't sure of which trim level of the Outback to get because the options were somewhat complicated. Nilsson clarified the differences, which made the decision much easier. He never pressured us, and there was no hard sell. Nilsson just answered all our questions in a straightforward manner. We ended up with the Outback Limited and are very please with it (after two days). We checked the price that Nilsson offered against Consumer Reports and found that it was a very good deal. Also, Rob Bontemps made the financing paperwork go quickly. The fact that the dealership offered 0% financing over 5 years made this a very attractive purchase compared to the Lexus 450h that we had been considering. More
