Initially, when we called to schedule a Crosstrek test drive, the experience was pleasant enough with our rep, Tom taking time to talk to use and answer questions. That changed when the Crosstrek made our short list of SUVs to buy. E-mails sent requesting buy price on specific a stock number Crosstrek were not answered. When I called for pricing I was told to get prices from other dealerships first then call back for Liberty's price. I could not understand this as how would getting prices of a Mazada CX-5 and Chevy Equinox (other SUVs on the short list) have anything to do with a Crosstrek price - like comparing apples to oranges. From our experience, would not consider Liberty Subaru customer oriented. More
