Dan was great to work with. I visited at least 20 car dealership and the way most of them do business is not transparent or straghtforward. Liberty is an outlier and I wish more I visited at least 20 car dealership and the way most of them do business is not transparent or straghtforward. We had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and were very happy with the service and the cars. So, we went back to look at a car which unfortunately, was sold. The salesman showed us another one and we very happy with the service and the cars. So, we went back to look at a car which unfortunately, was sold. The salesman showed us another one and we really liked it and bought it. Only to find out that the A/C was broken within the first few weeks. It was not under warrantee but you would think they would have checked it before they sold it. Then within a few weeks we noticed the car needing oil. We did an oil consumption test and sure enough they said we need a new engine. We owned the car for less than 6 months! At first they said we were stuck because it is sold as is. You don't buy a car from a dealer expecting to replace the engine after 5000 miles! They played games with us with another car. Never told us we had 48 hours to make a decision, and we asked for the loan rate and never got an answer. We drive 60 miles to see this second car and then they sold it out from underneath us. We told them that if they fixed the car we would keep it. So now we have no good car and no choices either. I would maybe buy a new car from them but never a used car. They sold a car that had major problems and are not doing much to fix it. They probably do not care. More
