I had the great pleasure of meeting John when I randomly walked into the showroom. After two full days of scoping out what was available at local dealerships as a young, solo, female buyer, I was jaded. How walked into the showroom. After two full days of scoping out what was available at local dealerships as a young, solo, female buyer, I was jaded. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Liberty Subaru. John sat with me and actually listened, even when I told him I wasn’t ready to buy that day. He still took the time to listen and provide sincere recommendations. He was respectful, honest, and courteous. He was not pushy, not rushing me out of the door, and he treated me as a serious potential buyer. Because of that positive first impression, I knew I’d be back to purchase from Liberty Subaru when the timing was right. When I revisited the showroom a month later, negotiations were fair and they did what they could. Fair, transparent, no hassle… what more could you ask for? Service center is great too – always helpful and supportive. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to go see John Clarke and the team at Liberty Subraru in Emerson, NJ. More
