We decided Mazda CX5 was the best choice for us and he then took his time to provide an outstanding training for the car, going through all its features and giving me lots of valuable information. After doing some research, I decided the Mazda CX-5 was my best option, but I was nervous going to a new dealership and working with a new sales consultant. As soon as my wife and I walked into Liberty Mazda, I was greeted by Jim Samson with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Jim put me at ease immediately. He listened, asked good questions, showed real interest and understood our wants and limitations. He allowed my wife and I plenty of time to test drive the CX-5 and get comfortable with the car. We feel in love with the ride and the car. Much more fun to drive than the Lexus. Jim put no pressure on us and got us a good deal from my perspective. I have since found the service department to be very consumer-oriented and helpful and would highly recommend Jim and Liberty Mazda. More
