When I finally did meet with Jim, he made sure to get all the information and background that he could so that it was not a long drawn out process. He was upfront and straight to the point. The test drive in the CX-5 (that I eventually leased) was long and relaxing. He did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. Overall, Jim was great to work with, and I am glad to be a part of the Liberty Mazda Family! More

We had our 19 month old twins with us who enjoyed the popcorn while we did the paperwork for the purchase and trade in. Once we got to the finance office they were getting a little frustrated with being there for so long, but Chris Ragaini was great and went as fast as he could, with being as throrough as possible, explaining everything to us as when went. He worked very hard to get me the best rate possible, trying out different banks and scenarios to get us the best deal. He was very funny, personable and even offered our boys his yogurt from his own personal lunch. He made the process not so boring for all of us and was great to work with! More
