I had a somewhat complicated situation trying to trade in a lease from VW before termination of the lease and Jim went out of his way to assist me. Definitely a substantially more pleasant car buying experience than my previous times at other dealerships. The only hassle was with Liberty Mazda's Check processing service not accepting my check but the manager worked quickly to rectify the situation. More
