My experience was horrible. Jonathan contacted me on Wednesday saying my dream car was found and brought to Liberty Mazda. Because I work full time and I had to make arrangement Jonathan contacted me on Wednesday saying my dream car was found and brought to Liberty Mazda. Because I work full time and I had to make arrangements to get a ride to the dealership I informed Jonathan I would pick the car up that Friday. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and I was running late. Upon my arrival my car was far from ready to be picked up, it still had the protective white plastic on it and Jonathan was out running an errand. I met with Mike to complete the financial paperwork and he asked if I requested the remote starter to be installed? Much to my surprise with 2 days lead time the remote starter was not installed? I do understand things happen but now I need to take another day off of work to visit the dealer and waste another several hours waiting for Mazda to install a remote starter. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Liberty Mazda was the 3rd dealership I contacted about the Mazda CX-5 (after not having too much success with the other 2 dealerships). I had done A TON of research on cars so once I had it narrowed down to Mazda I knew I wanted the CX-5 Touring with a sunroof, bose and the Titanium Flash Mica color. I got exactly that in a matter of days! Jim was very responsive and made sure to follow up with me. He mentioned how they only had one Mazda Cx-5 Touring left and someone had put a deposit down on it. That last one ended up being sold, but that didn't deter Jim from getting me my dream car. He went out of his way to pick up the exact one that I wanted from a New Hampshire dealership and had it delivered. I couldn't be happier with my car. He was super friendly, easy to work with, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! On pick up day he even left a little note in the car with a bag of M&Ms that say "enjoy your sweet new ride". I will happily recommend Jim to family and friends. More

Seamless purchase of Mazda CX-5 I went in to look at and test drive a used Mazda CX-5. I found a black one with low milage for a great price. I went into the dealership and Albert came right up to me asking me what I'm looking for. He understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and got the plates to test drive within seconds. Albert is Russian and so personable. Sometimes test driving cars can be awkward if the salesperson is not friendly or talkative, but this was the completely the opposite! After that I must have spent less than an hour to close the deal, get financing, and arrange pick up. They did everything for me and I was able to pick the car up as soon as I got insurance. Thank you Albert for making this process so easy and fun, I absolutely love my new car! More
