Smile from ear to ear! I was dreading the process of car shopping and decided to make Liberty Mazda the first stop on my list. I test drove a car with Al and he answered every question I had and more. I left to head off to the next dealership thinking wow, that was great, this is going to be fun. To my disappointment that was not the case. Al is an exception in the world of automotive sales; patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and the often forgotten but so important KIND. I let the whole experience settle for a week and Liberty was the only dealership that did not pester me insesantly. I returned the following weekend to meet with Al this time wanting to look at used cars. Again he was all he had been the previous weekend and more because this time I had my 4 year old son in toe. Patient does not go far enough in describing Al, I was so indecisive but left that day with a sold tag hanging in the window of my new car. I picked it up the next day and Al again took the time to go over every detail of the car. I left smiling ear to ear and feeling like I had made a friend in Al. More

I decided to lease a car and everything worked out perfect. They made sure everything went smooth and made me feel really happy. Al spoke with me to get an exact idea of what car I was looking for and any associated features I needed. He worked with me to get an excellent price on my trade-in and made sure I was informed and part of the entire negotiating process. In the end, this was the quickest and easiest buying process I have been through. Al and I spoke numerous times on the phone to work out dates/times to meet and complete the purchase process. He promptly returned all calls and worked with me on my own schedule rather than his. I recommend this dealer and Al very highly. More

Wow, what a great experience First off I am taking the time to write a review on why you should go here since I truly feel people like to complain more than compliment and a true First off I am taking the time to write a review on why you should go here since I truly feel people like to complain more than compliment and a true compliment goes a long way to all the hard working deserving people in the customer service industry. I am a car guru and read up on all makes and models. Most of my friends and family know this and always ask for my help when they are looking for a new car. This was the case recently with my friend and co-worker who had never really purchased a car on their own. I started my research looking at all the Mazda Dealerships in our area and Liberty Mazda kept coming up. So I figured out exactly what she wanted in a car and contacted the Liberty. It was such a pleasant experience from the start and we got paired up with Jim Samson who made us feel so comfortable about the entire process. Again I did all the research and legwork (which I highly recommend doing before you buy any new car, it makes the process so much easier) by narrowing down models, price range, options, etc. Liberty Mazda had exactly what we needed and gave us a deal we could not refuse. Since I was not able to go to the dealership with my friends due to a conflict in schedules she went in on her own with all the information I discussed with Jim. He treated her like gold and made her feel at ease. The whole process was completed with no challenges that we were aware of and she had her brand new Mazda CX-5 in the color she wanted with all the options too.
