Excellent service I was not greeted for a good 30 minutes, but with that aside this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was nice and professional. They had a wealth of knowledge regarding the vehicles they were selling and were very attentive the meeting our car buying needs. There were a few bumps along the way that I have not been pleased with, but they are all cosmetic things that would in no way effect my business with this dealership. I appreciate the experience and I will be back in the future to buy more vehicles from here. More

Sold a lemmon to this grandma I mentioned when I test drove the vehicle that I wanted something safe and comfortable for when I travel with my two young grandchildren. It seemed fi I mentioned when I test drove the vehicle that I wanted something safe and comfortable for when I travel with my two young grandchildren. It seemed fine for the test drive. I had issue, starting with the gauges, a couple hours after I drove it off the lot. I initially thought it was that I hadn't tightened the gas cap, but the issues continued. When I called there was ABSOLUTELY NO willingness to offer any type of service after the sell. I haven't had the vehicle long enough even as of today that the dealer (paper) plates are still on it. I don't know how fast I'm going, I don't know how much gas I have at any given time. Occasionally, when the stop the speedometer registers that I'm going 60 mph. When the gauges are acting up the odometer doesn't advance so since I've purchased it although I know I've driven it over 200 miles, the odometer says I've gone 47. That means that there were many more miles on it than what the odometer was showing when I bought it. The first time I rolled a back window down, it would not roll back up. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! I haven't even made my first payment on it yet. Shame on you Liberty Motors. More
