I have had very negative experiences with other dealership service departments. That has resulted in me not being brand loyal- even though I really liked some of the vehicles. That has change completely now. Professional, courteous and no price gouging! Garrett and Justin rock, as well as the unnamed but excellent mechanic's. I'm still in shock, happily so.
