Mr. Kenny, I'm sorry you are disappointed, with your car's finish. Our records indicate your vehicle is a 2015 Honda Fit with over 150,000 miles on it that you had purchased as a "Certified Used Honda". If this is not correct, please let me know. As you mentioned American Honda is the one that would approve any claims for paint problems. I will reengage with the corporate reps. to see if there is anything they are able to do regarding your issue. I am not optimistic regarding coverage as the car is 8-9 years old with over 150000 miles. I'll let you Honda's response. It was only a few weeks past warranty expiration, as there was a warranty extension from Honda, when I initially brought it in for this. Which was last year. My last visit on it, which was months ago, was when your folks asked me to come back in to have your body shop do an estimate. 2015 White Orchid paint is terrible, and Honda knows it. Nonetheless, it still took months between each visit and the subsequent follow-up from your shop, dragging this out for months and months, coming up now on the better part of a year.
