Offered to switch Ins., so emailed existing card, didn't happen Drove truck Saturday, agreed to purchase Sunday and scheduled pickup for Wednesday Never discussed interest rates or financing Purchase agreement - when finally emailed to me, was incorrect and required for my loan approval Therefore could not close on Wednesday When there Friday to close and after handed over $$ was told that they only had 1 key? New key $250+, had I known would have offered less. They asked me if I had 2 for my trade which I did so I never thought they wouldn't Attaching plates I was asked if I wanted 4 screws to which I responded yes, but didn't happen Didn't know vehicle at all = could not go over / show features Then once I'm home with vehicle I discover there are 2 open service actions - read recalls, is this legal?
