Love the Honda, Hated the experience We recently purchased a used Honda from Liberty Honda. In the past we purchased from a different Honda dealership because we like the no-haggle exper We recently purchased a used Honda from Liberty Honda. In the past we purchased from a different Honda dealership because we like the no-haggle experience and the other dealership really made us feel like they valued us as customers. I assumed it would be the same here. This should have been the easiest sale ever. We had done our research online and found the car we were interested in test driving. Unfortunately the other dealership didn't have anything like it. We drove it and bought it with cash. Easy right? They gave us an appointment to pick up the car that evening. We arrived on time and then they made us wait 2 hours to sign about 8 pieces of paper while they took care of other customers. The dealership was closed by the time we left and we barely got a goodbye. We certainly did not get the thank you I was expecting. We had to drive home in the dark in a car we were unfamiliar with. Additionally, we were assured that the 2 recalls on the car had been addressed. Our salesman also tried to sell us added certain non-obvious features that we declined. 2 days later we get a call that I needed to bring the car back in because one of the recalls had not been done. Had to take time off of work to go back to the dealership. I asked for something in writing to prove all recalls had been done now... and got it only to find out that the added features that the salesman tried to push on us were already part of the car. Totally sleazy. The whole experience was so bad we have already decided that we will not be going back there for servicing. We had a great experience with our other honda with a different dealership and we will go back there for servicing and all future purchases. We really like our new Honda - but wish we could have purchased it somewhere else. More

Our salesman, Marvin Brown, was exceptional: thoughtful, professional, responsive, and attentive. Despite our interest in 1 particular car, he encouraged us to consider a selection of other cars to meet our needs. All were less expensive than the car of interest that we eventually purchased. He was clearly committed to ensuring the we received the right car at the right price for our needs. When we noted a problem with a tire due to a road hazard 1 day following our purchase, he quickly arranged a repair, providing me with transportation to ensure that I was not inconvenienced. Very impressive! More
