Friendly staff, short wait time for sales person. We found the staff to be very friendly, from the receptionist to the salesperson to the sales manager. I would say that unlike other Honda dealership We found the staff to be very friendly, from the receptionist to the salesperson to the sales manager. I would say that unlike other Honda dealerships we visited recently we were greeted promptly and connected with a sales person immediately. They were very organized. At other Honda dealerships we were left standing outside for 10 minutes while they were looking for keys. Our sales person Luis was phenomenal and accommodating. He was by far the most knowledgeable sales person we experiences in our recent visit to 3 separate Honda dealerships. He provided great explanations to our questions and made the entire transaction quick and smooth. The sales manager stopped by several times to check on how things were going in a very low-key way. It was an excellent experience and we will be back. More
