Friendly but disappointing Almost 60 years old, bought many vehicles and never had this much trouble - No checklist provided for required docs. Offered to switch Ins., so emailed existing card, didn't happen Drove truck Saturday, agreed to purchase Sunday and scheduled pickup for Wednesday Never discussed interest rates or financing Purchase agreement - when finally emailed to me, was incorrect and required for my loan approval Therefore could not close on Wednesday When there Friday to close and after handed over $$ was told that they only had 1 key? New key $250+, had I known would have offered less. They asked me if I had 2 for my trade which I did so I never thought they wouldn't Attaching plates I was asked if I wanted 4 screws to which I responded yes, but didn't happen Didn't know vehicle at all = could not go over / show features Then once I'm home with vehicle I discover there are 2 open service actions - read recalls, is this legal?
