I think this is the shortest amount of time I've ever spent at the dealership for my maintenance service. I was in and out at the express service rather quickly. I'm sure I could have gotten the power steering fluid exchange done somewhere else with another mechanic for substantially less but I like the service that I receive at Liberty Honda. My service advisor, I believe that's their title, was quite friendly helpful and informative. I've dealt with them before and he's maintained those qualities. More

The gentleman who checked me in apologized and said it would be approximately a two and a half hour wait, although it could be sooner. I agreed and settled in with my ereader in the customer waiting area. I only got through three chapters before I saw my car being pulled up outside, and it had even been washed (since it's an SUV and I'm short, this was a huge bonus for me)! But I'm not really surprised - this is the third Pilot we've purchased from Liberty Honda and we've always brought them back here for maintenance and service. We always encounter a very polite, accommodating staff who without fail provide phenomenal customer service. More
