I was very impressed with the level of service they delivered throughout the purchase process, and importantly, following it. My experience was that everyone there from sales rep on thru to service department is working to deliver excellent service to their customers. The vehicle was delivered extremely clean and prepped to me and all level of details were attended to, to make sure I got off to a good start. This was a great experience. More

Incompetent service department Have a three-year-old Honda Pilot purchased from Liberty Honda. Service department is incompetent and doesn't understand how a purchased warranty wor Have a three-year-old Honda Pilot purchased from Liberty Honda. Service department is incompetent and doesn't understand how a purchased warranty works. Had a problem with a factory installed gas tank hose leak. The hose is part of the fuel tank and therefore cannot be replaced by itself. Warranty doesn't cover hoses. When we called the warranty company they told us Liberty Honda did not explain that the hose comes from the factory as part of the fuel tank and therefore the replacement of the fuel tank should be covered. More
