The people are friendly, accommodating, and well informed. I usually wait for my car and it's always ready earlier than they predict. When I go in for an oil change, they check brakes, tires, etc. free of charge and let me know the results of those tests. They've never told me I needed a part or a service that I didn't need, but they're scrupulous about telling me what I do need or when I might need something. As an older single woman, I so appreciate their willingness to stay aware of my vehicle's needs, explain things to me in detail, and -- most of all -- I love being able to trust what they say.
