Excellent visit this time I have purchased 4 Hondas from Liberty Honda since 2003 and have always had my cars serviced at Liberty. For my most recent visit (Sept. 5th), I received excellent service from Chloe and her colleagues when I went to get an Express Oil Change and Multi-Point inspection. The service was speedy and all employees were polite. My only complaint that I have yet to receive a response to the review that I submitted for my mid-August visit, when I experienced some significant problems.(with a different service advisor). I submitted two separate online reviews (one to Liberty, one to Honda Corporate) plus I responded to a telephone survey, yet I haven't heard anything in return from anyone at Liberty, Executive or Honda Corporate saying "we are sorry to read of your problems. What can we do to make things right?" Were you hoping that I would forget about my bad experience? More

Smooth trandaction. What stood the most is that upon entering the dealership to view the vehicles, I was not rushed or followed around the lot by the sales rep. He had my best interest in mind in selling me what I needed and wanted. Without his guidance I may have purchased a vehicle that I would have settle with as apposed to really wanted. After the sale (if I would have let him do his job - because I had done so much homework on this vehicle - I may have known slightly more than he on the vehicle) Although he did teach me a couple of things I did not know and that is a credit to him wanting to educate me on my purchase showing me that this car had a lot more to offer than what I could have even hoped for - which he was right on that point. Excellent job! I don't have to say I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership again - because this is my third new vehicle that I've purchased from Liberty - all of them have been top rated vehicles personally for me.
