Getting financing while rebuilding my credit wasn’t easy but it worked out in the end. Highly recommend! More

The sales staff was insulting, insisting that their price was what you have to pay, yet their prices are thousands above the actual value of a cert. used car. They will sit you down and start the breakdown process of wasting a lot of your valuable time and then making you feel guilty that you won't accept their price. If you are happy paying thousands of extra dollars to support these vultures (who by the way, make between $3500-$8000 profit on their cert, pre-owned cars!), then by all means go there. Or go to a dealership that at least pretends to appreciate customers. They did have the nerve to call me twice after I left to see if I "made up my mind" about the vehicle. And I told them as long as they were willing to accept my offer (which was totally reasonable given the area and kelley blue book value, etc. They still would have made roughly $4000-6000 profit!). That seemed to shock them and of course, that was no. I would steer clear. More

Later she came to tell me that the mechanic found several problems, and they could take care of them that day if I wanted to wait. I was very please with this, and so I did not have to come back another day. I bought my Accord 28 years ago from Liberty Honda, and their service department has been taking excellent care of it ever since! More

I knew exactly what I wanted going in, and the leasing option present John was pleasant and genuinely interested in helping me throughout the process. I knew exactly what I wanted going in, and the leasing option presented was perfect! He also followed up on a couple of occasions to see if he could be of service or if I had additional questions. The level of service is outstanding. It should be noted that I called the Liberty Dealer several weeks before making the purchase. I did speak with someone (not John), who promised to call me back, but he never did. More
