I didn’t have to wait to get transported which is key for me. Melissa handled my check in and was pleasant while being quite efficient. Upon pickup she reviewed what was done was what was found. I did have to wait 30 mins after being picked up but was ok with that as I was able to get online to work. More

Finally Figured it out Had to take my 2017 Honda Accord in twice for the same issue, but it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Tell Shental that the fix for the voice Had to take my 2017 Honda Accord in twice for the same issue, but it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Tell Shental that the fix for the voice command not working was, indeed, the fact that I had updated my phone's operating system. The solution was to go into settings and tel the car to forget my device, then resync my phone. Voice commands now work again! Thank you! Everyone in the Service Department (from shuttle drivers to techs) were friendly and ready to help. More
