Great Experience at Liberty My entire experience with purchasing a new car at Liberty Honda, was, hands down, the most pleasurable ever, and I've purchased quite a few cars at di My entire experience with purchasing a new car at Liberty Honda, was, hands down, the most pleasurable ever, and I've purchased quite a few cars at different dealerships in my lifetime. When you walk in there is no pressure and you immediately notice the professionalism throughout. They obviously have high standards. I also like their "Perfect Price" policy, which eliminates the unpleasant haggling you'll find at other dealerships. It all started with a call to Caitlin, who was very helpful and responsive and found the exact 2019 Civic EX-L that I weanted. She turned me over to sales but not before answering tons of questions that I had. The salesmen, Jeremy and Curtis are tremendous. Not only are they professional, courteous, and extremely responsive, but they are genuinely nice guys as well. Curtis took over when Jeremy went on leave, and I cannot express how helpful, patient and informative he was, always with a smile on his face, no matter how many questions I asked. The dude is amazing. Their finance manager, Jason, was also very helpful and shopped and negotiated the best interest rate, which turned out to be very favorable thanks to him. You can see how much he and the entire staff (at least those I dealt with) care for their customers and offer exemplary customer service. Add Daniel, the Sales Mgr to those Liberty employees that I'm impressed with. Daniel made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. You just don't get this genuine concern often. If I sound incredibly pleased with the entire experience, well, that's because I am. Great car, great price and great customer service. What more can I ask for? I highly recommend Liberty. More

Each one gave me many years and many miles (e.g. 13 years and 345,000 miles I have been a Honda owner since 1982 - 4 different vehicles in 37 years. Each one gave me many years and many miles (e.g. 13 years and 345,000 miles on a 1986 Accord, 17 years and 255,000 miles on a 1999 Accord). My current Honda is a 2016 Honda Accord Touring. It's a great car. But through the years I have learned that Honda service is a big part of making your experience with Honda vehicles so good. More

If a customer makes an appointment for a simple routine oil change, it shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour. Service rep. was courteous and he did inform me the they were running behind. I had time to test drive 3 pickup trucks while I was waiting. They also washed my vehicle. This was not the first time that I had a long wait for an oil change. Last oil change was about 1 and 1/2 hours. Next time I'll call ahead to make sure they have enough technicians working. More
