One thing I've been wanting to mention is, although I don't believe this would be within the scope/authority of any individual worker at a single dealership, the system needs to let the staff see the availability of the cars at the time of searching the locations of those cars. It makes no sense to have to pull up the location info and then let the customer know that there are 5 cars and then 1 day before the pick-up day, tell the customer that the cars are actually unavailable. Other than that, it was super nice and pleasant. Thank you. More
