When I went in the door, I went to the cashier window that was steps inside the door. I have to say they two ladies inside were not helpful, sending me to the service counter.They sat in their seat and pointed in the direction of the parts counter. I finally found the service area, after having to ask twice. That would be my only frustration with walking in as a new customer. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. More

Kelvin took me on a test drive in a HRV, which I was very interested in. I really loved the drive, the handling and the open windshield. Kelvin was very helpful and knowledgeable. After deciding to buy the HRV, he walked me through the whole workings of every button and bell & whistle in the car. Friendly, informative, nice waiting room, good service I call ahead and have an easy time finding out what needs to be done, given a clear estimate, and like the people who take concerns and my car.
