Long time customer of Liberty Honda, both for purchased and leased vehicles. Recent A1 maintenance, oil change and vehicle check went smoothly. Had made an appointment, Jonathan came up shortly after I arr and leased vehicles. Recent A1 maintenance, oil change and vehicle check went smoothly. When I made the service call, I was told that Honda always give a free car wash after my car is serviced but it did not happen. Disappointed! Secondly, the communication between the staff is not clear. On the phone, I mentioned to the service person that I had a free oil change when I bought the car. When I arrived for the service, I was told I need to pay for it. I told them again I've a free oil change, after checking, it confirms. Then, when the car is ready, I was bill the oil change. Again, I've to repeat myself. Finally, the bill was revised. Poor communication between staff. Jamie was honest to let me know I don't need to change transmission fluid as it was changed when I bought the car & I only put in less than 8k mile since. To that I really appreciate her honesty. Kudos to her. More
