Angelica Peters is great. She was very friendly, informative and even applied a coupon to my service even though I didn’t come in with a coupon. She was great. My low ratings for recommending the dealership had nothing to do with Angelica, but is based on the extremely disappointing lack of care/customer service by the manager, named Mike something or other, when I initially contacted him in August as I attempted to get the reimbursement he promised regarding a malfunctioning after market remote starter purchased through that Honda location. Had the starter installed in November of 2020 but it kept malfunctioning. When I complained to “Mike” in August he agreed to a partial refund. However I had to keep calling and emailing and even submitted a complaint to the company, which the company never responded to me. “Mike” apologized whenever I was able to get in touch with him but still no partial reimbursement for the longest time. At one point he responded that he forgot, and forwarded an email requesting a check cut and forwarded to me. After that email I followed up and was asked to “be patient”. I finally received a check at the end of November. the whole experience was extremely disappointing. More

The worst experience ever! We even purchased the car there. Our new 2022 Honda was stolen then recovered. It took over a month to get it back. The interior was damaged and they We even purchased the car there. Our new 2022 Honda was stolen then recovered. It took over a month to get it back. The interior was damaged and they had to order parts. The main issue was the insurance company, adjuster and repair shop had the worst communication. We had to call the repair shop & email several times over a 30 day period just to find out what was happening. I will not buy or service a car there in the future. More
