nbailey- I left a voice mail for you. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your recent visit to the dealership. The complimentary inspection we provide while performing a recall is not that in depth and may not include a wheel hub or bearing. If you get a minute please respond to my message I would like to address your concerns and make sure everyone is on the same page.
