I only worked with Udi but he was so helpful and continues to be very helpful. This is my second car with Liberty Honda. My first car was 16 years old. Chloe was great, very helpful and responsive the whole time. I’m disappointed in the service overall since my brake caliper wasn’t actually replaced when it was supposed to be and I paid for it. Chloe caught the mistake and coordinated a service the next day with pick up / drop off of my car, which I appreciated. It’s just more hassle, particularly with how expensive service is at the dealership. I understand things happen and Chloe worked hard to fix the mistakes The high price would deter me from recommending the dealer service department, though. More

Your service advisor, James Lanza was very uncaring. When my car was done he didn’t have the decency to let me know my car was ready.James just sat my paperwork in the window and left.
