I had an appointment at 12:30, waited 2 hours then I got up and asked the status of my car. At that point they hadn't even started repairing my car. They just brought it in to be repaired at 2:30 PM even th up and asked the status of my car. At that point they hadn't even started repairing my car. They just brought it in to be repaired at 2:30 PM even though my appointment was at 12:30. I ended up leaving Honda at 3:30. Lesly translated for us, really nice but overall service there was awful. I will not be coming back. More
