Sale person is very calm and respectful. Able to answer product questions. On the day of delivery it took 3hrs. My vehicle registration is still pending with DMV due to VIN issues (am not su Able to answer product questions. On the day of delivery it took 3hrs. Latest update I got from Schaller is it will take 2 weeks to get the registration complete, very upsetting and unfortunate. When taking delivery o my new honda crv I was given only one key and was told second key was lost. Hope, the delear will find my key or provide me a new key. More
