Marissa started off nice but as soon as we said we didn't want the extended warranty she turned on us. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and snarky. She even made a comment, "So, are you going to pay for the repairs when the electrical system breaks? She wouldn't acknowledge that adding in the interest then the cost was cost to $4,000. She bad mouthed other dealerships. She made what was an easy, pleasant experience into a confrontational and very upsetting experience. If the inventory wasn't so low, we would have walked away. More

He was professional and respectful to both myself and my friend who was there to help with the purchase. I went to pick up the car the next day and the manger closing the deal was rude and pushy about the maintenance offers. She wouldn’t acknowledge that adding in the interest payments increased the cost. I chose a higher priced car and did not budget for such an expensive maintenance plan. She was disrespectful to my friend, and was rather confrontational. She sucked the joy out of the moment for me. If there wasn’t such a low stock on HRVs these days and I didn’t love that car, we would have walked out. More
