Jaime, did a great job to make sure I received good quality service. They did a good replacing my rear view mirror, but in the cap was missing, and they could not locate it that day. I also noticed the quality service. They did a good replacing my rear view mirror, but in the cap was missing, and they could not locate it that day. I also noticed there was a gap under the door handle. Jaime was very concerned about that this had happened. She assured me that she would have it fixed at no additional charge. Although, I was annoyed about what happened and that I would have to come back, when I return, there was no hassle. Jaime had the cap out on and the door fixed. She was very courteous and professional. She provided good service with a smile. More

This was my second lease because everyone is so great here. Udi is awesome he makes buying a car an easy and delightful experience. Rick Kossasaski was also a wonderful help when I picked up my car, because Udi was on a well deserved vacation. The woman in finance was also wonderful to work with (I can’t remember her name at the moment) but she was pleasant, down to earth and knew what she was doing, I felt in excellent hands throughout my entire car leasing it Liberty Honda in Hartford CT.
