Everyone at Liberty Honda treated me with kindness and respect. I transacted primarily with Robert Wakefield, who took me on a test drive all the way back in the Spring. I communicated I was a serious buyer, but I wouldn’t be putting a deposit down that day. Rob did a great job showing off what would become my future car. I made my decision a few months later, and received a cold-call from Rob the next day by chance. I put in my deposit for a specific model/color combination, and was given the heads up that it may take 4-8 weeks for the auto to be delivered. Indeed- it did take that long, but this was not an issue for me. I knew what I wanted and was happy to wait for it. Rob gave me regular updates in the meantime. Rob earned his sale, and I felt great to have worked with him and Liberty Honda through this major purchase. Marissa from financing patiently walked me through each contract, and allowed me time to review each offer, and the final numbers. She was clear and knowledgeable. My experience with her was very positive as well. I encountered some last minute hiccups with selling my car (my fault), but Liberty Honda did right by me on all accounts, and I drove out of the dealership with my new Honda. I would gladly recommend Liberty Honda to anyone looking for an honest, reliable car dealer. More
My car was brought to this shop for back end damage. I was provided a completion date that was not accurate. My car was supposed to be fixed within a 3 week time frame which quickly turned to over a mon I was provided a completion date that was not accurate. My car was supposed to be fixed within a 3 week time frame which quickly turned to over a month. There was no explanation for the delay and they did not want to pay for a rental extension. Upon picking up my vehicle, the paint was chipping off the part that was “fixed”. In addition, while doing an inspection of my car before leaving, I noticed my front light was hanging off my car. When I asked how that happened they claimed to have no idea and that possibly one of the workers pants may have gotten caught on it and broke it off and that they didn’t say anything. When I told them this needed to be fixed because that part was NOT damaged to begin with they ordered the part to fix it as a “courtesy” which in turn meant I had to wait for the part to come in to be fixed. When I did go in to have the part fixed I was told a “story” about how they remembered how it happened, and that the part that was broken was actually because they were working one someone else’s car who needed that part right away, so they took my light off of my car to put on the other persons and put the broken one on mine and “forgot” to order the new part to put back on my car. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and makes me second guess how many other parts they took off of my car that were ORIGINAL to my vehicle. More
I had to have two recalls repaired and unfortunately, only one had parts available but the dealership wasn’t at fault for that. The employees were all super friendly, the waiting area was spacious, clean only one had parts available but the dealership wasn’t at fault for that. I made myself a free cup of coffee, sat in one of their comfortable chairs and read until the repair was complete. Easy peasy! More
