I was greeted by Mark L as I arrived yesterday. He was very efficient as he had all my paperwork ready to review and sign. Next, he moved me to the finance office to complete more paperwork and he He was very efficient as he had all my paperwork ready to review and sign. Next, he moved me to the finance office to complete more paperwork and he inquired how I was going to pay for the car. Once we took care of that I took time.to talk to them about their life experiences and how they got to the place they are in sales and finance. I got to meet Mark’s family as his family picture was on his computer and as we talked about them I felt like I had known them for years. I loved talking with the finance guy as well. He shared several stories with me about him growing up and his school days. I noticed he had his educational degree right behind him facing every customer. that came in his door. As I saw his Associates degree I knew he was very knowledgeable about his job. Although I didn’t have the privilege of meeting the higher ups in the dealership, I knew they saw good things in both men when they interviewed them for their jobs. As I got ready to leave the dealership, I felt that I had been to the right place to do business. There was a sweet Africa American lady who talked to my son and me as we prepared to leave and wished us well. The only improvement I might suggest would be to have the other sales people greet all customers who visit the dealership. They acted afraid to speak. I guess that could be a rule for them to follow, but that would be a rule that I would change. Overall, my visit there was more than I expected. Thanks to all! I More
