I have been getting all cars from this dealership and - michaelsmith0813

I have been getting all cars from this dealership and never had any trouble, but I could say this is the fastest I have gotten in and out while purchasing a new car. I was shown what I wanted to see and I didn't feel rushed. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford - Mark Welsh

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Apex expect to pay very high prices. Their diagnostic fee is $250, basically the price you pay for them to tell how much they will overcharge you for a repair. The labor to fix my problem took two (2) hours and cost $410 on the invoice, so their shop rate for labor is $205 dollars an hour!! On the final bill the line item for labor was listed as “supplemental work” and no breakdown of the hours or type of work for the job. There was also a charge for $40 in shop supplies to replace a horn?!? I asked an independent auto repair shop what they charged for the same repair including initial diagnosis, repair labor and part and the total was less than half of what this dealer charged. Not only is this service department ridiculously expensive, but I believe they will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible with utter lack of transparency. Essentially, these folks are everything you would want to avoid when repairing your car. My advice is don't use them!!

⭐ 1 STAR — APPARENTLY A SIGNED AGREEMENT MEANS VERY - tdent

⭐ 1 STAR — APPARENTLY A SIGNED AGREEMENT MEANS VERY LITTLE AT CROSSROADS FORD I purchased a truck from Crossroads Ford of Fuquay-Varina with existing interior damage. The dealership agreed to address the scratches, and we put that agreement in writing, signed by both parties. Now that I’m asking them to replace a scratched and broken interior component, suddenly there’s an argument over what “addressing” the damage actually means. Apparently, agreeing to fix something and actually fixing it are two very different things at Crossroads Ford. I’ve had to repeatedly ask, argue, and follow up just to get the dealership to honor what I understood was part of our agreement. The most disappointing part isn’t the damaged component. It’s the complete lack of accountability after the sale. If a dealership is willing to fight a customer over a relatively inexpensive interior part, imagine how they’ll handle something more significant. Buyer beware. Get EVERYTHING in writing, and even then, don’t assume they’ll stand behind their word. Selling vehicles is easy. Keeping promises apparently isn’t. One star. Extremely disappointing.

My review is a two part! - italian464

My review is a two part!! First to my incredible salesperson Nick - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick Pappas. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered every question honestly, and worked incredibly hard to get us into my beautiful car!! Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to his dedication, I drove home in my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers, ask for Nick Pappas!! You won’t be disappointed! ------------------------------------------------- I want to personally thank Mike Garner for creating such an outstanding culture at this dealership. You can tell when leadership values honesty, integrity, and customer service because every person we interacted with reflected those qualities. Thank you for treating my husband and I with kindness, respect, and transparency throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another customer...I felt like someone whose needs truly mattered. Because of you and your team, I left with not only a vehicle I absolutely love but also an experience I’ll be talking about for a long time. Please know that your leadership does not go unnoticed. It made all the difference.

Very poor service department. - Cb_allen2000

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Told me low price to get me in. Did not honor price. - CJ

I called on a truck i seen listed. They were close to my home and thought I would deal with a local dealer. I spoke with a salesman named Al Mendez. He said he could do better than the price I seen listed. He told a price. I came in drove the truck. I asked him a few questions and now I realize he evaded answering them. I gave him a credit application although I was going through my credit union. He came back and said everything is good. He gave me the paperwork and the price was different it was much higher than he told me. I asked about the price. He said he could not sell it for what he said. We had a discussion, then Al went and got the sales manager. I was pressured into buying the truck, and when i said no. He got an attitude. the sales manager asked Al about the price he gave me. Al said he was not sure did not remember. Total B S here. Al misled me on price and super high pressure. I did not buy a truck from them and recommend you do not go to Pittsboro Ford.
