I am grateful to the Manager who had to intervene to resolve my situation but their Truck Service Desk overpromise and was not able to deliver. I almost drove an unsafe truck out of state which could ha resolve my situation but their Truck Service Desk overpromise and was not able to deliver. I almost drove an unsafe truck out of state which could had cause injury to my family and me. It is sad that I had to raise my concern to the dealership manager to resolve my issue. It should have never gotten that high up. The service desk needs some serious retraining and they also need more than one specialized mechanic because they are single-treated. According to them, they have 150 trucks waiting for the tech to diagnose. 150 trucks and one specialized tech? These are some horrible odds. I feel sorry for all those who are waiting for Ford to get their trucks back on the road. More

I bring my car in, had an appointment. I came on time. I was greeted by someone at the desk who said they had bigger things to do that day than my car problem and that I wouldn’t be gettin I came on time. Which was not stated before when I made the appointment. I had a theft light come on, and all they had to do was run it to check the system. He opened my door, and then asked me why my car door light was on. I looked at him confused because he literally just opened the door and had it still open, and I told him the door was open, he said okay. They had my car for about a week. More
