On 5/22/2026 I drove from Durham to Fayetteville to buy a new Ford Explorer. I spoke with the salesmen and finance guy before arriving, I gave them my info and stated the amount that i'd be able to spend. Go new Ford Explorer. Got to the dealership and the finance guy tried to sell me extended warranties etc. I said no because it would increase the payment. He had a couple of options, I said no to them all because it would increase the payment. He then said well let me see if we can buy down the rate? and said "oh yeah we can keep you at that payment with the warranty at no cost". After reviewing the documents, he had already had the warranty included in the deal!!! Which was an additional $3500, which would have lowered my payment a lot. I did not want to pay for a warranty on a brand new car... He schemed me and added it, my rate never changed! These guys are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!! Had I noticed I would not have gotten the car!!! In my opinion they are THIEVES, LIARS, SCAMMERS & CROOKS!!!! VERY UNETHICAL AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Buyers do not buy from Liberty Ford of Fayetteville! I'm sure The Hudson Automotive Group would not approve!!! More

Came in to order a part and the man behind the desk is probably the slowest and rudest person I have ever encountered. Not sure what to tell you about all the emails whee we said it was all good to go with the deposit, as WE LIBERT FORD insisted to do (because too lazy to get finance on the phone with wiring instructions. Literally - RUN away don't walk away from these guys. Worst business I've dealt with in decades. Brian the sales mgr tops the chart of arrogance and oncemoetence. Will not call back, but sends minions to do the dirty work when this happens so he can continue to behave like this, I am sure. All in writing from them, and I get a "sorry, we missed it and sold the car you paid for....". I can only imagine how impossible it will be to get my deposit back because they cannot figure out ANYTHING within their systems. I had lady named Wendy give me the keys to my truck knowing my vehicle WAS NOT totally repaired, with a $4k repair bill. This is a very deceptive and deceitful dealership! The dealership manager claimed to be a military veteran and let me tell you he was worst than the service manager. Another smooth talking arrogant person with no morals or integrity. More
