Ford CPO problem Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck I noticed a lot of brake dust build up on the front rims. After investigating I found the front brake pads to be more than halfway worn and the rotors are scored. My research on Ford Certified Pre-Owned says that the brake pads require a certain amount of pad material (probably more than half) and that the rotors cannot be scored. I failed in not having the truck inspected because I bought into the Ford CPO program peace of mind. I've made the phone calls and am awaiting a response. I don't feel as if I should be planning on doing a brake job this soon. Hopefully Liberty can make this right. Rick Kenney More
