Terrible Had a very bad experience dealing with a salesman by the name of rick. Was buying a truck with cash money put money down to hold it and informed them Had a very bad experience dealing with a salesman by the name of rick. Was buying a truck with cash money put money down to hold it and informed them on a time line of when I would be up due to having a 2.5 hour drive and having bad weather. I was harassed every day by him and he kept asking for more money even after a manager was involved and knew all was good. When I showed up it took him over an hour to have me sign about 10 papers! Will not be doing business with them again.... More

Waste of time and money! Don't EVER shop here Drove 90+ miles to get there, call before I went and stated I would be there around 630 also stated would be paying cash for the SUV I went there for! Drove 90+ miles to get there, call before I went and stated I would be there around 630 also stated would be paying cash for the SUV I went there for! 30 min before I arrived they called to say they sold the vehicle I was there to see! Will never go back, &will tell anyone who will listen, how this all played out! Julia knew I was coming my husband & I took off work to mk the trip up! She knew I was to be there around 630 the call came in at 610 there was nothing done to try to salvage my business except try to sell me another SUV with several opinions missing from the one I drove all that way to buy! Horrible way to do business I hv never been treated so poorly for a mistake someone else made! Julia doesn't stand behind her word, which in turn made this dealer ship look terrible! My time, nor expense to get up there was of no concern to her! More

Great Experience I found a 2006 Ford Five Hundred that interested me off Auto Trader. I bookmarked it for a few days before I seen the price lowered yet again. The pri I found a 2006 Ford Five Hundred that interested me off Auto Trader. I bookmarked it for a few days before I seen the price lowered yet again. The price lowered to the point that I called right away. I spoke with a woman named Julie who assured me the car was still available and would be parked in the front waiting for me to arrive. When we arrived, our sales man, Larry, greeted us at the door and we were introduced to Julie. The vehicle was brought around to the front for us to see as soon as we walked out the door. Upon seeing and inspecting the car, we were very pleased. The images from the website weren't at all misleading. The car was exactly as we expected it to be. Test drove the vehicle. Ran great. So we proceeded into the building to work out a cash value price with the sales team. Our sales man, Larry, was great. He was even nice and friendly to my two younger children who didn't want to sit still. (Thankfully Mc Donald's was right next door otherwise I wouldn't have been able to keep them entertained.) Anyhow, he was able to talk with whomever was in charge of pricing and worked out a deal for us even better than the already drastically reduced price. He was also kind enough to offer to be a back up driver since we only had the one licensed driver, but two vehicles. Honestly, we couldn't have found a better place. This was an unforgettable car buying experience and we totally feel confident in our purchase. Thank you Liberty Ford. More

A Very Worthy Dealership Found my "mid-life crisis" vehicle here! I had been looking religiously for 7 months until it showed up with around 70k miles. Not bad at all for a 20 Found my "mid-life crisis" vehicle here! I had been looking religiously for 7 months until it showed up with around 70k miles. Not bad at all for a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4. Great condition and great people to work with. "Famous Amos" Cruz was an exceptional associate that answered all my questions and continual uploading of photos, etc. Driving 11 hours from Massachusetts to Ohio required a lot of trust, and confidence;especially having to fight Storm Jonas the whole way there n back, was alone crazy. After arriving I found that they had the vehicle prepped and ready, so I could get back on the road to Massachusetts as quickly as possible. I did have a couple of concerns, but due to the lack of time, it being a Sat AND the shop being closed...I took Mr. Ray Kemmers word on how we could handle the situation the most effectively in the limited time we had. Mr. Kemmer was easy to talk to, down to earth and made me feel comfortable in my decision purchasing process. Just a genuinely nice man. We are currently in the process of getting everything up to snuff and I have NO doubt that he is a man of his word and that this dealership is AMAZING!! Albeit, many say I'm crazy to have driven that far, in Storm Jonas to buy a vehicle based on pics, word of mouth and just plain old fashioned trust...I would totally do it again with these gentlemen without fail! Especially since it was perfectly priced and was beating others nationwide. The added Carfax info was a bonus. To add icing on the cake, was having the pleasure dealing with Sean in finance. He was to the point, listened and didnt try to hard sell me. It was a great overall experience, one that I would recommend to all and a dealership worth travelling too! More

a waste of my time !!!! I called they said they could work with me. I went in on a saturday and just got slapped in the face basically by the amount they wanted to give me fo I called they said they could work with me. I went in on a saturday and just got slapped in the face basically by the amount they wanted to give me for my trade in . I have a good car with no rust and everything always taken care of or replaced and my keys are worth more than the offer!!! I wouldn't waste my time on this dealership ,,, I believe because I m a woman they thought they could get one over on me. no i wont recommend them or give them my time of day ever again. More

Ford CPO problem Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck I noticed a lot of brake dust build up on the front rims. After investigating I found the front brake pads to be more than halfway worn and the rotors are scored. My research on Ford Certified Pre-Owned says that the brake pads require a certain amount of pad material (probably more than half) and that the rotors cannot be scored. I failed in not having the truck inspected because I bought into the Ford CPO program peace of mind. I've made the phone calls and am awaiting a response. I don't feel as if I should be planning on doing a brake job this soon. Hopefully Liberty can make this right. Rick Kenney More
