Update: Rich Shagovac recently returned as GM of this dealership and is immediately making a positive impact. He called within a couple hours of seeing my initial review below. He went above and beyond to make things right. It's been a pleasure dealing with him the last two weeks since the service issue and I'm happy to continue giving him my business. Friendly, professional, fair, and consumer oriented. Looking forward to great service from his dealership in the future.
