Quick, easy and enjoyable experience! My wife and I were looking for a specific used vehicle and Liberty Ford had exactly what we were looking for. We live about 3.5 hours from the dealers My wife and I were looking for a specific used vehicle and Liberty Ford had exactly what we were looking for. We live about 3.5 hours from the dealership so I submitted my email through cars.com. Within minutes I received an email and phone call from Chuck. When O called back I spoke with Julia who along with Chuck were a huge help. We had a trade in and were able to send a few pictures and received a great offer. Spoke to them at 5:00 on a Monday, made and deal and they were able to meet us half way and swap the vehicles sign the paperwork and we were on our way. A very easy and wonderful buying experience! Thank you all again! More

I got the ride I wanted Phil Klatka did all he could to make sure I got the Explorer I wanted. The whole process went very smoothly. They work very hard to help you get into the right car at the best price possible and spend a lot of time walking you through the options available and how to use them. When I have my vehicles serviced, they are very quick to greet me and take care of me and keep me updated throughout the appointment which is really nice. Every person I encounter is pleasant and at my last visit the GM came into the waiting area and said good morning to everyone, even sitting down to chat with a customer over coffee. I highly recommend Liberty Ford for their sales and service! More

Don't go there! I go there to take my cars in because its close and past few times its been horrible and they don't call back or fix the problem at all.
